What is Split Delivery?
While our goal is to deliver orders in a single shipment, there may be instances where we choose to split the delivery due to delays or unavailability of certain items. Upon Receiving Your Package...
Upon delivery, we kindly request you to thoroughly inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If the products appear to be damaged, please decline the shipment. We will promptly initiate a refund for the purchase price and any delivery costs once the warehouse processes your return. Additionally, please remember to inspect the products within a reasonable period after receiving them. Failure to notify us of product rejection within 15 days following receipt will be considered as your acceptance of the products.
